Will I lose my files if I don't renew my hosting?

If you do not renew your hosting, the expired account will be kept for a maximum of 30 calendar days for Shared plans and between 7-14 days for Cloud ones. During this period you will be able to list and renew the expired hosting account from your Client Area -> Billing -> Renew.

After the grace renewal period passes, the account will be terminated but a backup copy of it will be kept for up to 60 days on Shared plans, which can be restored upon payment for the renewal and restoration service. We do not keep backups for Cloud plans after they are terminated. Therefore, we advise you to either make sure that you renew your account within a few days after its expiration, or keep a backup copy of it so that you do not risk losing your files.
