How to create and download a .zip backup of the public_html folder
To create a .zip backup of the entire public_html directory of your website:
- Go to your Site Tools > Site > File Manager.
- In the left box, navigate to the document root of your website, i.e. myawesomedomain.com.
- In the right box right-click the public_html directory and click on Archive.
To download the archive once it is created, right-click on it and select Download.
