What to do if your domain is in Redemption period?

When the domain name expires, there is a grace period when it can be renewed. However, after the grace period passes the domain enters a Redemption period for another 30 days. During this time the domain name is not available for renewal in your Client Area, but you may still recover and renew it. However, additional registrar fees will apply, which are usually higher than the initial registration and renewal ones.

To recover a domain name during the Redemption Period contact our team. We will check the case specifics and provide you with a quote for the recovery of the domain name.

Note that not all domain names have Redemption Periods and the length of this period may be different for the different domain TLDs. Also, the price for recovering a domain name during this period may vary depending on the domain’s TLD.

After the Redemption period passes, the domain cannot be renewed and will not appear in your Client Area -> Services -> Domains any more.
