I get an error that my domain is already used by another site
While trying to create a new site, or change the primary domain of an existing website, you may see an error that we already have a record of a site with this domain name.
If you see this error you may try to solve the issue by making sure the domain is NOT in use on your account in one of the following ways:

A parked domain name to an existing website
Please check if the domain is not already added as parked to an existing site of yours from: Site Tools > Domain > Parked Domains. If yes, you need to first remove the parked domain name in order to use it to create a new site.

A primary domain name for another website of yours
Make sure to delete any existing site that is currently using the domain. This can be done from your Client Area > Websites > Kebab menu > Delete.
