Failed to create backup. User at host does not exist.
When trying to create a backup under our Site Tools -> Security -> Backups -> Create a new backup -> Create section you may receive the following warning message:
Failed to create backup. User 'yourdomain.com' at host 'SiteGround Host Name' does not exist.This means that your site’s backups are currently misconfigured. Please contact our Support team to check the case and address the problem.
